A few days ago we announced in our social media that from January 13-15 we would go to the Iberica Expo 2020 in Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
This international food fair annually welcomes about 71,000 visitors, and offers manufacturers of the best food products the possibility of contacting new importers, distributors and buyers.
We went to the event with the best EVOO presented in different formats that you can find in the Valdezarza store. Among these were our unfiltered EVOO bottle, our Selection Arbequina and Picual dark bottle format, and the great star: our first week of harvest EVOO, available in our online store recently.

One of the most important event of the fair was the master cooking class of Annetta, a renowned chef who attended the fair as a special guest.
Her dishes were prepared using our first week of harvest EVOO, which has obtained excellent tasting notes both in its Monovarietal version of Cacereña and the special Coupage of Cacereña and Arbequina.
